LAB 10
Today we will continue listening to your Project 2: Audio Portraits.
Then we will review storyboarding and continuity editing to prepare for Project 3.
Class slides here.
Continuity editing deep dive here.
For next class...
“Pre-visualize” your scene by creating storyboards, one storyboard panel per shot. You can find a storyboard template here. Your film should consist of 10 to 14 shots, which means you’ll have 10 to 14 panels on your storyboard. Be sure to include a brief description of the shot content, as well as shot type (LS, MS, CU, etc.), in the space under each storyboard panel.
After you finish your storyboard, take a picture of it or scan it, and upload it to the submission window under the 'Course Materials' of your Lab Blackboard (for Lab 11, 4/8).
Come to class prepared to pitch your concept.
